Terms of Service
By registering for or attending an event, you agree to the following:

• You will follow event rules and sportsmanship expectations.
• Participants are responsible for their own health and safety and should consult a medical professional if needed. 
• Prescott Beach Volleyball may remove participants for unsafe or inappropriate behavior (in that case no refund.
• Photos/video: We may capture photos for promotional use with consent] 
• Minors: A parent/guardian must consent for participants under 18.

PRIVACY POLICY 

Privacy Policy
We collect information you provide (such as name, email, phone) to communicate about events and registrations.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We may use basic website analytics to understand site traffic and improve the experience.

Refund Policy (Events/Registration Fees)

• If you cancel at least 24 hours before the event, you’ll receive a full refund minus any non-refundable processing fees (if applicable). 
• Cancellations within less than 24 hours of the event: no refund 
• If Prescott Beach Volleyball cancels the event, you will receive a full refund.
   

Weather policy
If weather or unsafe conditions require cancellation or rescheduling, we will notify registrants by email/text and provide a refund.

Disputes / chargebacks
If you have an issue, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly: prescottbeachvolleyball@gmail.com

Promotions / Discount Codes
Promotional codes are valid only during the stated timeframe and may be limited to certain events. Codes cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined unless stated. If you cancel a purchase that used a promo, any refund will follow the refund policy above.
